My Little Box | March

March marks my first foray into the world of beauty boxes and I actually could not be more excited! I've known about them for a while, and lusted over basically every unboxing post I've seen bloggers post, I think they are one of my favourites to read. Before now I've just never gotten round to actually subscribing, it's one of those things that's always been in the back of my head to do. But I forced myself this month, and this is the result. Welcomes to March's My Little Box!

I spent a while deciding which box to subscribe to, and I might change again in a couple months. There's so much choice, and I did a lot of research (aka, I spent far too much time reading every unboxing post I couid). There are some truly incredible boxes out there, and I wish I could subscribe to every single one, but I eventually settled for My Little Box. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it, I love the name and the packaging and the variety of content. So now I've waffled enough, on with the box!

This month's box is the My Little Superbox, which I got super excited about. It's focused on products which help you release your inner superhero, and I could definitely do with finding mine. In the box I received you get two good sized product samples, and a full sized makeup item, alongside a t-shirt, some stickers, and a magazine. There's not as many product samples as in some beauty boxes, but what you do get is good sized and good value, and I really like the addition of the t-shirt.

The products come in this cute little drawstring bag, which will come in handy at some point I am sure (sanitary towel holder, makeup bag, emergency chocolate bag...gotta be good for something).

Inside the bag I got a tube of Caudelie's Hand and Nail cream 30ml, usually £12 for 75ml. I've never used anything from Caudelie before, but I've heard good things about them, and I'm excited to see if this helps with my dry hands any better than my normal S&G Hand Food.

I also received a 75ml sample of the Lait Cristal from Kerastase Cristalliste's haircare range, usually £20 for 200ml. I've never heard of this brand before, and I definitely cannot pronounce their name, but it looks pretty good. The Lait Cristal is a rinse out hair mask type thing that's meant to make your locks silky smooth and luscious. I've not used it yet but I'm hoping for good things!

The makeup item is a Lips & Cheeks Pencil by My Little Beauty, £10.50. This is such a gorgeous peachy matte shade that is just perfect for spring. It isn't very opaque, but is a lovely subtle shade on the lips and cheeks, bringing a beautiful glow to your face. I very much love this shade, and am excited to add it to my stash because I don't have anything similar to this. A dual product also works quite nicely when I'm travelling.

Finally, I got this pretty heather grey t-shirt with the 'I Believe I Can Fly' quote on the front, which I really love. It sells for £29 I believe, and this one comes in one size only. It's a pretty decent size that would more than likely be massive on someone slender, but (I'm hoping) fits quite nicely on the curvier lady aka me. I also like the addition of the stickers (£4).

Overall, very very impressed with this box. The My Little Box subscription costs £10 plus postage, but if you quote FIRSTBOX you should be able to get your first box for £11, saving around £3.95, which is a lovely deal. I can't wait to see what I get next month!
